Read here before downloading
Ed2k: You must have a P2P client that connects to the edonkey200 network to download from my ed2k links section. On the side where it says P2P programs you can use edonkey2000, shareaza(also connects to Gnutella networks), or emule. I would either suggest shareaza or emule for beginners. If you want even more ed2k downloads click the links for either svcdplaza or verified downloads(can also search kazaa network).
Torrents: these torrent are saved as .txt files so you must right click the link go down to save link as and then add .torrent to the filename and click save it should now show up as torrent file in whatever directory you decided to save it in. You also need a bittorrent client on the side trustyfiles, shareaza, azureus(my pick), and the bit torrent official release all download torrents

New Divx codec released The divx network has released the new divx codec 5.2. This codec plays all avi files encoded in divx which is the majority of avi files. It is an upgrade from the old divx 5.1.1. The player was not updated in this release.To download click here

TrustyFiles works on stabilizing network TrustyFiles the p2p program told us that they are now working on stabilizing network connections and a built in media player. This program allows you to download from the gnutella 1 and 2 networks as well as bittorrent and FastTrack(kazaa).

FastTrack in declineThe FastTrack network which allows people withe kazaa, imesh, grokster, and K-lite to download files is fallen into decline. In recent months the quality of files and the quantity of users using the FastTrack network has declined. The Networks that are posed to take over are edonkey2000 and the new gnutella and gnutella2 networks which offer much better file quality but in most cases are harder to use.

Sharman networks almost sue KceasyThe Sharman networks(developers of Kazaa)almost sue the developers of Kceasy for use of their fastTrack plugin. Kceasy now connects to the OpenFT and gnutella networks but in early versions it had a FastTrack plugin you can still get it but you need to have giFT the founding program of openFT. The Sharman networks threatened to sue the Kceasy founder so in response the fastTrack plugin was dropped and all versions containing it were dropped from the Kceasy site.
